Our Return Policy
We guarantee the craftmanship of our products. All items are inspected for quality before shipment. Due to the hygenic nature of these items, returns only accepted if construction fails. We will not accept returns if items are heated improperly, please follow heating directions carefully. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 15 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be accompainied by the packing slip, please remember to indicate the reason for return. You may want to insure your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
