An extra sleeve is handy for when the sleeve is soiled and needs to be washed. You can still use your Kozi while the sleeve is being laundered. Also nice if you ordered a Gal sleeve that has flowers but your husband doesn't want to use "that girly thing". Just order a Guy sleeve for when he needs it!
